Saint Maarten Heineken Regatta
Combining the very best of Saint Maarten’s legendary nightlife with high-octane sailing races of the highest standard, the Saint Maarten Heineken Regatta is considered by many as the most fun of all Caribbean sailing yacht regattas. Nothing quite prepares first-time participants for the thrill of the occasion, which will return once more to enliven the spectacular Caribbean island of Saint Maarten towards the end of February in 2019. All-out racing monohulls, multi-hulls and large cruisers (up to 50ft) compete across differing courses, with a range of categories to suit everyone.

Why participate in the Saint Maarten Heineken Regatta in 2019?
Put simply, for the parties. As might be expected of an event that’s sponsored by one of the world’s largest beer brands, the night parties are quite unique in their quality. At parties and soirees of varying styles across the island, participating sailors and their guests enjoy live music from famous acts; in previous years, acts such as Black Eyed Peas, UB40 featuring Ali, Astro & Mickey, Akon, Wyclef Jean, Shaggy, and The Commodores have wowed guests into the early hours of the morning, ahead of another full day of sailing fun.
